MARK HOLMLUND, Executive
Vice President.
Willamette University, BA, Economics, 1983. University of California, Los Angeles, MBA, 1985. Mr. Holmlund joined Pacific Life in 1993 as Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Management. In 1995 he was promoted to Vice President, Asset/Liability Strategies, and in 2000 to Executive Vice President, Institutional Products Division. In 2005, he was promoted to Executive Vice President, Investment Management Division, and is responsible for overseeing the Company’s General Account investment portfolio, institutional product offerings, and management of the Pacific Select High Yield and Money Market portfolios, and Pacific Funds Money Market portfolio. Mr. Holmlund has over 20 years of investment experience and has also worked at Merrill Lynch and Daiwa Securities America.

JOHN E. MILBERG, Senior
Vice President.
California State University at Long Beach, BA, Mathematics, 1969. University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. MA, Mathematics, 1970. Mr. Milberg has been with Pacific Life since 1975, and oversees the Risk, Information and Financial Management areas of the Investment Management Division. Prior to joining Pacific Life, John was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy and taught mathematics at the Naval Nuclear Power School at Bainbridge, Maryland. His professional affiliations include the Society of Actuaries, and the American Academy of Actuaries.

JOE CELENTANO, Senior Vice President.
Marist College, BA, Business Administration, 1985. University of Notre Dame, MBA, Finance, 1986. Mr. Celentano joined Pacific Life in 1992 as Assistant Vice President and was responsible for developing alternative stable value products. Mr. Celentano was promoted to Vice President in 1999 as his product management role expanded. In 2006, Mr. Celentano was promoted to Senior Vice President and currently oversees the Product Management Group for the Investment Management Division. Prior to joining Pacific Life, Mr. Celentano held senior consultant and senior researcher positions at Travelers Insurance Company and CIGNA in Hartford, CT. Mr. Celentano also serves on the Board of Directors of the local community foundation. He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of California, Irvine in the areas of accounting and investments.

TOD NASSER, Vice President.
University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, B.S.E., Finance and Decision Science, 1983. Mr. Nasser joined Pacific Life in August, 1991 as assistant vice president, Asset/Liability Management in the Pension Investments area. In 1995 he was promoted to vice president, Asset/Liability Strategies; and in January 2004 he was named Chief Derivatives Officer with responsibility for managing and coordinating all aspects of the use of derivatives at Pacific Life. In 2005, Mr. Nasser joined the Investment Management Division as vice president, Portfolio Management, with responsibility over Pacific Life’s General Account Portfolios. Prior to working for Pacific Life, Mr. Nasser was employed by First Boston Corporation as vice president in charge of Municipal Trade Strategies, and as head strategist for Financial Futures/Options.

REX A. OLSON, Vice President.
University of Southern California, BS, Finance, 1986, MBA 2001. Mr. Olson joined Pacific Life in 2000, and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2002. In 2005, he was promoted to Vice President. Mr Olson is responsible for overseeing the Company's Credit Analysis department, which includes High Yield, Investment Grade, and Private Placements. Prior to joining Pacific Life, he held investment analyst and portfolio management positions at GE Capital and Transamerica. Mr. Olson has over 15 years of investment experience. Mr. Olson is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles, Inc.

RONN CORNELIUS, Assistant Vice President.

Mr. Cornelius joined Pacific Life in 1988, serving as Managing Director of Equities and Co-Chairman of the Workout Committee. Mr. Cornelius is currently Principal at Montauk TriGuard, an affiliate of Pacific TriGuard which manages private equity investments.

SAMUEL TANG, Assistant Vice President.
University of California, Los Angeles, MBA in Finance and University of Southern California, BS in Accounting, 1983. Mr. Tang joined Pacific Life in 1999, serving as Managing Director of Equities and Co-Chairman of the Workout Committee. Mr. Tang is currently Principal at Montauk TriGuard, an affiliate of Pacific TriGuard which manages private equity investments. Previously, he was Managing Partner of The Shidler Group, a private equity firm focused on finance, insurance and real estate industries.
